RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We would be glad to accept exchanges on the occasion that you are not satisfied with your purchase (looks different from the photo or item is damaged) ten days upon delivery via store credit. Please note that our items contain handmade and artisan elements, so variations for weave patterns may occur. These indigenous patterns are woven from memory, passed on from generation to generation.

Items should be returned unused and with tag, packaging, and receipt. Shipping and fees to be shouldered by the customer returning the item. If the item gets damaged or lost while in transit, Herman & Co. is not liable for said loss or damages.

Please send us a photo of the delivered item in our email info@wearherman.com and once the returned item is approved, give us seven days to process the return and facilitate refund/store credit/exchange.

However, please note that our measurements are only mere guides and representations.
Our measurements are taken when the clothes are laid flat, please allow us a marginal error of -1” to +1”.
